Design services

The services offered through this website are professional design services including brand identity, UI design, motion design, design systems, presentation design, and product strategy.

Verixa is a creative design studio. Our services are not a substitute for legal, financial, or technical advice. Any business decisions made based on creative work delivered by Verixa remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Booking and payment

Project enquiries can be submitted through the contact form on this website. A project will commence only once a proposal has been agreed upon and a deposit has been received.

Paid projects and retainers are billed as described in your individual proposal. Payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins.

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled call or review session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full.

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

Refunds

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure our time and resources for your project.

For ongoing retainers, a full refund is available if you cancel within 7 days of purchase, provided work has not yet started. Once work has started, refunds are not available.

For one-off projects, a pro-rated refund may be available for uncompleted work if you wish to discontinue mid-project. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, briefs, and project materials as confidential. We will not share your information or project details with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom design work created for your project is transferred to you. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Verixa.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is owned by Verixa and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Design outcomes vary depending on how work is implemented and used. Verixa does not guarantee specific business results from creative services delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verixa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].
